City & Country branding

Cities are increasingly competing for tourists, investors, students, and a talented workforce. In addition, this competition is not only taking place in Hungary, but is becoming increasingly global. Urban branding, with many tools, can spectacularly help a city’s success, increase its awareness and recognition, but in the long run only consciously planned, strategically thought-out creative solutions built on multi-stakeholder cooperation, and economically efficient work will bring lasting, large-scale results. Only a certain part of a diverse set of tools is similar to corporate branding: as a city’s stakeholders are made up of many more actors, the branding process also requires a special approach, broad vision and experience.
